About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, result-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-rst
environment.
As an Affiliate Manager at MERA Gaming, you’ll be at the forefront of our
growth strategy. Your mission: to cultivate partnerships, optimize performance, and
execute campaigns that deliver next-level results.
Working in a remote-rst environment, you’ll take ownership of your role, backed by a team that thrives on creativity, innovation,
and smashing goals.
This position starts with a performance-based commission structure for the first three
months 一 perfect for ambitious individuals eager to showcase their impact. After that,
top performers can transition to a base salary plus continued commission.
What You’ll Do
- Partner Growth & Optimization: Identify, recruit and onboard high-performing
affiliates to expand our network.
- Campaign Management: Create, implement, and optimize innovative affiliate
campaigns that drive trafc and conversions.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable
insights, and make data-backed decisions to maximize ROI.
- Relationship Building: Build lasting connections with affiliates by providing
support, creating incentive programs, and maintaining trust.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of industry trends, competition, and best practices to
deliver cutting-edge strategies.
- Results Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports on weekly,
monthly, and quarterly basis.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in affiliate marketing, ideally within the iGaming, betting or
casino sectors.
- Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Advanced analytical
and reporting abilities (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Mindset: A self-starter who’s passionate about building relationships, hitting
targets, and thinking creatively.
- Adaptability: Someone who can keep up with the fast-evolving affiliate marketing
space and is always looking to innovate..
- Tech-Savviness: Knowledge of ad-serving platforms, campaign tracking toools, and
CRM systems is a big plus.
